Works as intended, came damaged
Works exactly as advertised. One of the melting pans we found had a crack in it letting water in. Had we tried tempering chocolate in it before noticing, it would have ruined that batch of chocolate. As it was, we found it and we repaired it with aluminum welding. Hasn't leaked since, pan is just discolored from the welding fix.

Horrible do NOT buy
This product makes it seem amazing, but it doesn’t melt the chocolate right and takes 2 hours to get the chocolate melted if it melts. It’s more of a food warmer which for chocolate production is useless.
