I am quite happy with this pectic enzyme
I am quite happy with this pectic enzyme. It seems to be doing a good job on breaking up the pectins in my wines/meads, it doesn't look like I will have any issues with pectin based hazes. The price is very reasonable and the packaging was good (would have been better with a "lock" style seal). All in all, worth ordering again.
