Warranty is a scam - Filter not working in 3-4 months
When you can the customer service, they'll tell you that only the service person visit is free. Nothing is covered under warranty. Warranty is just a selling point for them and its a scam.The filter gone bad within 3-4 months and need to pay the full amount of the filter price. Complete waste of time and money. Have been using Aquaguard for 10 years, and I think this is the time to move on to a different brand.

Improvement is needed for packing, quality checking is needed before packing.
Packing is totally damaged & total packing was very bad condition. It was one year old item. This was not expected from Amazon service. Inside wires not connected. After service engineer attended, it is found working now.
