I bought these amplifiers for watching tv. They are excellent quality and very good value for money. They are very easy to use and you can change the volume level up or down should you need to. They come with a charging case and usb cable and you just need to plug them in to charge. There are also a selection of hearing domes so you can select the one suitable for you. I contacted the seller to ask about replacement domes. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. They asked which ones I was after and said they would send me some replacement ones. Excellent after sales service.

I bought this hearing aid for my father (88yrs). His hearing could do with some help, and we’ve been trying with a few products over the past few years.He likes his hearing aid to be almost invisible, so he normally prefers small, in-ear devices with a skin colour. The durability of the device is also a preference as he doesn’t like to spend his day thinking about the need to re-charge his earpiece, for example. He also prefers rechargeable hearing aids to exchangeable size-10 battery powered ones.He had a hit and miss experience with some of the hearing aids that one could purchase online. Some are better than others, with things like volume control, battery and device life and shape seemingly impossible to get right all at the same time. One would get an in-canal device that looks and sounds great, for example, but the volume control screw would perish after a short while, or the battery would die after a couple of ours.Anyway, in comes this device from Tking. And while it’s early days to decide on durability and device life, there are enough signs to suggest that it has all the quality needed packed inside, all at the same time.The shell itself is smaller than comparable devices on the market. Therefore, it looks well hidden behind the ear. The sound tube linking shell to the earpiece is quite tiny and transparent and wouldn’t standout either. Discreet, tick.Recharging the two (left and right ear) pieces seems not to take long, as well. The battery for both lasts for some 17 hours before he goes to bed and puts them back into their charging pod.Sound quality seems to be quite good for my dad's need, and the sound control switch is a lot easier to handle than what other devices he tried before ever offered. No tiny screw drivers needed, no pushing buttons to go through the cycle again and again for the preferred sound volume level. Just a simple up and down switch, with differing tunes to tell you whether you’re heading up or down on the volume level, in case you got things mixed up.All in all, this looks and sounds really good, and the initial impressions are very positive indeed. How long the device would last, it is early to tell. However, the package came with a wax cover replacement filters kit... So, fingers crossed.

I have tried NHS hearing aids & private hearing aids. I bought these as I had lost 1 of my NHS aids instead of paying the HHS £50 or £75. They are advertised as hearing amplifiers. They are far superior to the NHS aids. I wouldn't say the are superior to the private ones costing £3000. They are perfectly adequate for my needs which are are listening 1 on 1 & small groups. Plus they are good for watching TV without having to turn the volume up to a level which my wife finds to loud. I find them very noisy in a loud environment like a pub or restaurant. I am still tweaking the settings for noisy environment. The communication with customer service is Excellent. I emailed them with a query about replacement wax filters & the response was within 24 hrs with perfect answers & link with part nos. & where to purchase from. I would give 5 stars but I think the changing of the wax filters may be quite frequent as my ears produce a lot of wax. Overall I am very pleased with purchase. Only time will tell concerning the robustness & longevity of the aids.

Very very difficult to get a good fit, have tried all the earpieces supplied and yet they constantly whistle in Mums ears, especially if turned up high. Pretty much unusable for her. Her ears are also sore now from trying to push them in to stop the whistling.

The hearing aids are perfect.I was surprised at just how small they are.They offfer excellent sound quality and the Silicone buds are very comfortable to wear,with no howling or feedback.Overall,they offer excellent value for money and an added bonus is the battery life,easily getting you through a whole days use,without compromise.

I managed to lose one of my costly hearing aids and the supplier asked for almost £1,000 to replace it. I'm actually finding this far cheaper product more effective than the pair I'd paid almost £2,000 for!In part it depends on what benefit you expect from these devices. In my case it's mainly to watch TV without people on screen seeming to mumble all the time. This product is marketed to fulfil just this purpose and also to get more detail out of your music - which I can also confirm. How well they would perform in comparison to expensive aids in helping you to follow a conversation in a crowded restaurant I can't say, but for purely domestic use they're a winner.Another benefit is that the compact, attractive charging box can itself be charged up so you can go on a trip without being dependent on plugs and leads.
