Awful pre workout
This is the worst pre workout I’ve ever tried. It’s grainy to the point of hurting your throat when swallowing it. It also tastes disgusting and turns a yellow brown when mixing with water. The caffeine content is ok but once drinking it I automatically feel nauseous. Would never recommend to anyone.

Good Pre-Jym Alternative
Switched from Pre-Jym due to the constant rise in price. This is a little cheaper and still gives me the mindset for a full workout.

Awful & non-returnable.
I use GNC LIT regularly & really like that product. I wanted to try another pre-workout that had even more benefits. The flavor was awful. Then, to find it was non-returnable really was upsetting; too expensive to not be satisfied with the product.
