Solid, beautiful, completely as advertised
This is my first wing chun dummy so I have nothing to compare it to, but this thing is heavy, solid, and durable. Came with a few minor blemishes which I've seen others complain about, but it's very intentionally packaged and wrapped well so gotta blame it on the shipping and not the vendors. The finish is great and size is perfect. Well worth the price

Works great!
Satisfied with my Wooden Dummy. Minor discrepancies that may be finishing touches to the wood not sure but it gets the job done for training purposes.

Overlooking Flaws Did Not Help
Although I was willing to over look there are no instructions and a few character flaws (damages) but you would think for the price they would give you a quality product.Screws do not fit the holes and the holes do not line up.Functionality of the “triangle” imo just forget that concept flaw of stopping it from moving and rocking. Unless you plan on bolting it yourself, then there’s no value for how bad this concept is.Keep your money and spend the extra money for a better productWhy 3 star is because I wanted to love this and shipping was fast. Box and product arrived damaged, there’s no way to get customer support to remedy for replacements

Robust but still has assembly issues
Just a few comments based on past reviews. I did check with the seller prior to purchasing because the picture on the website shows the two top arms reversed (Left is low, right is high). They said the dummy actually has the arms with the left high and right low, and it did come the correct way. You should change your Amazon photo to avoid confusion.Assembly:1) There are still no assembly instruction so you have to use the photos on the website for the basic layout. I am an engineer with all the extra tools needed so this was not a problem but If you need more detailed instructions like which size bolt goes where or that a washer should go on each side of the bolt you'll have to figure it out.2) The issues I found with assembly is the center hole in the rear base support was drilled but not to the correct diameter (too small) so I had to redrill it with a slightly larger diameter bit to allow the bolt to pass through.3) the other assembly issue is at the rear connections where the two cross bars attach to the rear base support. This locations requires the longest bolt in the pack but when you add a washer on each end of the bolt there is not enough of the bolt sticking through to thread the nut on. The recessed hole in the bottom of the support needs to be drilled slightly deeper or a slightly longer bolt should be supplied.4) The claim on the product description of " just assembles in minutes and requires no support accessories or extra tools." is incorrect so be prepared. The hardware package come with one cheap wrench for tightening the bolts but you will two. You will also need either a 14mm deep socket w/rachet or a socket with an extension to hold the nut in the recessed holes in the base to get it tight enough. So you will need extra tools and extra time to correct the manufacturing mistakes.5) Because of the amount of abuse this dummy should take, I added lockwashers under the nuts to prevent the nuts from loosening up. This should be part of the hardware package.Other than the the assembly issues (which I was able to overcome because I had all the tools), the good things are the product did arrive within a few days after ordering, It was undamaged and all the pieces were present. Now that it is together, It looks good, and it is a solid piece of wood. I haven't used it long but it seems pretty robust so far.

No assembly instructions, screws don't line up
I bought this for my son for his birthday. For $433 you'd think it would come with assembly instructions. We also had the same problem as a previous reviewer where two of the holes weren't lined up, so you can't completely screw in the base stabilizers. Seems to still be functional though. The arms are very loose and noisy when you hit them.

Wow
Glad I got it, haven’t fully used it yet. I’m trying to find some training videos for beginners. I’m sure YouTube has some.
