Arrived with 3 wheels?!
The luggage would be beautiful if it were unused??? I opened the box to discover only 3 wheels and scratches and scuffs everywhere. This item is broken and used- I’m not sure how this can be sold in such terrible condition. Very disappointed. On the bright side the luggage is lightweight and had the potential to be a very nice piece. I will be buying in person instead.

Love Delsey Bags
This bag easily is maneuverable, lightweight easy to pack, big bulky things. Usually I do a hard side but there’s sometimes where you need the depth in the suitcase is my go to.

Wheel Broke First Use
This luggage was great when I got it. Spacious, wheels super smooth and elegante design. After one use on a flight the back wheel broke. I couldn't even drag the suitcase, I felt like I got a refurbished product.

1 flight, aleady lost 1 wheel
The suitcase does not roll straigth. And now after 1 flight it already lost a wheel. Poor quality then.

The luggage was sturdy, lightweight, nicely constructed. The size is 17 inches not 19. For a smaller carry on it is nice. That being said the price is too high for the size.

Major wheel defect
I'm now on my trip dragging this defective luggage trying to find a box to return it. The wheels have major design defect: it cannot go straight line; it spins around on its own every step I go. Manoeuvring it even short distance is very difficult. A luggage with defective body is still acceptable, but a luggage with defective wheels????? What's the point of buying it?????? Don't buy this. I have other Delsey luggage which I have liked for years. But not this one. Manufacturer, please improve this product or stop producing it.
