Good, well-made cable. Being a “summing’ cable I expected to pay slightly more for it but overall a bit pricey for what it is. Well packaged though. Fits good at both ends, however the shafts are slightly long giving the effect/impression that they haven’t been fully inserted as a small amount of the shaft is still visible?

I needed two of these to enable me to use my mixer very well made and work really well.

This was purchased to replace a cable I made up myself over 20 years ago, but cannot now find. Simply, it is the EXACT specification you NEED if you want to plug a STEREO 3.5mm output (eg, the headphone socket of any smartphone) into a single MONO socket on a powered "PA" Speaker, or somesuch.If you try this with a 3.5mm Stereo to 6.35mm Stereo jack cable (of which MANY are on sale), you will lose your right channel completely. There is a very specific wiring that is needed in ANY Stereo to Mono adapter using jacks, whatever size the jacks themselves are.There are so many 3.5mm "mini-jack" to 6.35mm "full size jack" cables on Amazon, most "Stereo-Mono" ones don't reveal their wiring in the descriptions. And there is a high likelihood many of them are wired wrongly. You'll only find out when you buy it, try it, and notice that all you are getting at the MONO end, is the LEFT track.J&D deserve a GOLD MEDAL (just like the GOLD plating they put on their Jacks!). Because their description here on AMAZON actually INCLUDES a wiring diagram! And it's the CORRECT configuration.I've not yet had a chance to use this cable in the above setup - my next rehearsal is on Sunday, and all my other bits are packed in the car. But I did do a quick check up with my Fluke Multimeter this morning, and confirmed that all the right bits, are connected to all the other right bits, with effectively ZERO resistance, so I have every expectation things will Just Work.IF THEY DON'T - I'll be back to edit this. But so far - Build, Cleanliness, Simplicity of (Anti-Tamper Security-taped) Packaging, and overall finish - 100%. Wired connections, as they should be. I'll know how it sounds on Sunday (2024-09-15). If you DON'T see an edit on this review after this date, then the "SOUND WAS PERFECT". Otherwise, expect some "snarling" starting Monday 16th!Five Stars So Far !!!

The connectors are solid and sealed onto the cable. I couldn't hear any noise when I connected it, except for what was coming out of my Uno Synth.
