Never tried pre workout gummies before so was abit sceptical however these work wonders. It recommends 8 prior to a session however 4 seam to do the tick for me. Really tasty too!

Too Many Needed
Each serving is 7 gummies so only 12 in whole pack. 90 Gummies sounds like it'll last a while but it doesn't.Tried to have less per serving but no real impact, so can't even make them last longer. Although convenient, will be switching back to powder pre-workout for better results and lasts longer
