I got this for my fiancée as a gift. She drinks cold brew all the time and it is fantastic to be able to have Nitro whenever she wants. The product itself is fantastic, especially for the price (You can't get this cheaper anywhere else), but the biggest selling point to me is their customer service. I had a couple little issues (it happens every once and a while with all products) but their team is super responsive and helpful in resolving them. I highly recommend this product and company!

I liked the product at first, however it now only drops the coffee out so it is not functional. It will drip slowly then completely stop dripping. I am very unsatisfied with this product because it does not work and I can not return it because it has exceeded the 30 days. I do not recommend this product. Update 12/22/24 the company still hasn’t contacted me. Very disappointed

I may have just created myself a new addiction ☕ Being an individual who plays fireman for a living, I'm typically fine with any old run of the mill black coffee. Enter Nitro Coffee Club ..... This is my first go-round with Nitro Cold Brew. It is absolutely glorious 😳🤤 It's like a big ole healthy version of Guinness that I can drink at work!!! I've watched videos of how easy this works, but my spout only gives out a very small amount, about a spoonful at a time. Gets annoying especially if you are in a hurry or have guests over. It is nothing like i saw in videos about this product or similar products. You should only need to squeeze the handle once instead of countless times to fill one cup.

Wasted all the cartridges over the course of a few months trying to get it to work. Only squirts the coffee out in tiny amounts at a time, and even then its not nitro coffee it’s just regular. Very hard to get ahold of customer service. Can’t return since the window closed.

I’m a big time coffee drinker and have been for a while now. I would always treat myself to a nitro cold brew from Starbucks or a local coffee shop - it’s expensive, it adds up and in today’s economy it wasn’t making sense to keep the habit up. This has been a great product for me to pivot and save money while also getting to enjoy my favorite kind of coffee everyday and make it right at home! Overall I highly recommend trying this product out - the flavor is great and it’s SO easy to use!

I thought it was sort of working. I ordered more nitro cartridges to see if it was my error. Nope, it does not work properly and the concentrate does not taste good. Harsh, and I like dark roasts and strong espresso.

The media could not be loaded. Such a great value! Their Nitro Infuser makes a great batch of cold brew every time! This also helped me lose weight and makes me feel better health-wise.
