Was given a full refund without even asking
This review was originally a 1 star, but I have switched it to 5 - star.The battery I purchased went faulty after about 10 months. This was past the refund point so I did not consider asking for one. But after seeing my comment, I was offered a full refund with no questions asked.The reason I am switching to a 5-star is because of what this seller did to rectify the situation. The seller had no way to know that the product would go faulty after 10 months - that is just the nature of how batteries are. But what the seller can control is how the address the situation. In this case, the seller's actions warrant a 5-star review. No question about it.Thank you!
