I was an early supporter of MP when their first laptop monitor was put on Kickstarter and I've been a supporter ever since. Their products are well thought out and as far as I am concerned, they have helped bring such an important accessory to an affordable range that the average person can reach.That being said, I was so incredibly excited when this Trio Monitor arrived, that the Kickstand breaking immediately was extremely disappointing. The hinge is very tight and though the stand is made from quality plastic, it just couldn't handle strength of the hinge right out of the box.I reached out to Customer Service and their attention to urgency and going out of their way to replace this specific part, was exceptional, I really can't say enough good things about that experience and I really do appreciate how hard they worked to make it right.When the new kickstand arrived, I made sure to hold tight the point of contact between the stand and the hinge, and then moved it back and forth to loosen it enough that I didn't have to worry about the stand breaking again.Highly recommended to increase your efficiency!

Not the brightest and kind of heavy but a really easy way to add screen real estate to a laptop. You really need the included magnets for this to work. Would recommend sticking them a bit higher on your laptop screen. If too low, then the thickness of the screen back prevents you from reclining your laptop monitor because the attached screen's bezel hits the top of the table.

I decided to upgrade my DUEX to TRIO as we phased back into the office after pandemic. This new monitor is an absolute star performer. As someone like me who involved in lots of weekly team meetings, the triple-screen setup has revolutionized my presentations, making them crystal clear to all attendees. I am thoroughly impressed! Not to mentioned it looks super cool.It is still pretty lightweight even one more monitor added. I don't feel much difference carrying around comparing to my old DUEX. It is always easy to use. Just plug, connect, and ready to use. No extra drives or softwares installed needed.One thing really gets me is the stand they threw in. Now it works great with or without installing the magnets. It is like they are reading my mind.Overall, I am really happy that I made this upgrade.

The media could not be loaded. I was pretty excited about this product because I had sent back a similar product that attached differently, but didn't hold the laptop screen well.I even bought privacy screens for the TRIO MAX before it arrived. Unfortunately the magnets do not hold it in place when you're extended the screens.My suggestion for those who get it and keep it, would be to hold the unit in place from the bottom, opposite side of the screen you're extending.The unit weighs 4lbs, so it's really heavy.
