This is actually the 4th RIG headset we have (1 for every console and PC). The sound quality is amazing and very durable. Over the years we have used many different brands and RIG has been top of the line while remaining affordable.

I compared the sound quality of this to another similar and decent but less expensive gaming headset I had available, and as I hoped this headset delivers about the same bass quality but better quality mids and highs for a nicely balanced and clear music listening experience. It also comes with an app and equalizer you can use if you want to tune it further to your liking. The fold in/out hidden microphone which also serves as a mute function when folded in is a great feature, allowing you to easily switch the headset from one that appears to not have a mic to one that does as needed. The cloth material used on the earpieces feels softer than others and allows you to wear for hours without discomfort. The look of this set is about as sleek as an over-ears headset gets which makes it good for video meetings. Overall I'm happy with this headset as a nice upgrade from my last one, though as noted below there are some minor issues that make it less than perfect.Cons:- The microphone quality is good enough that you can certainly use it in meetings calls and gaming but not great if you need to make higher quality recordings, though that's not really what this set is intended for anyway.- If zero sound is received for even a short while then there is a short cut-off of the beginning of the next sound it receives as if it's waking back up shortly after the sound starts playing. I don't notice this issue with my older headset.- The headset size is adjustable but basically only in a 3-setting Small/Medium/Large sense. You could maybe mix for example a Medium setting on one side with a Large setting on the other if needed but it doesn't provide as fine-tuned of a fit as most other headsets do. For me the Medium setting happened to work fine so it was not an issue.- The clothlike headset material sits more comfortably and softly around the ear than other headsets but the flipside is it traps more heat and so gets a little warmer. For some this might be a welcome tradeoff but others might not like it. For me it's warm enough to notice but not so much that it bothers me.

These headphones offer an excellent sound profile for the money. With tight, thumpy bass, if you really like a fat or low end these deliver! The mids and highs are also well balanced and crisp. They charge relatively quickly, and I can get two full workdays out of them before I need to charge them again. They pair quickly and easily with my computer using Bluetooth. The headband feature is a very soft comfortable foam, and the ear cups are made of the same sort of soft foam material.There are a couple of downsides worth mentioning: these are not super adjustable. Rather than having a sliding band, both ear cups mount into one of three pre-set hole locations. I happen to have a pretty large head, and even at the largest setting these only just barely fit.Secondly, the microphone is only just sort of OK. I did some audio tests with it, and direct recordings on my computer sound a lot like talking to someone over the phone. It's definitely not a high definition microphone or anything. For something like gaming or video conferencing though, it's fine.Finally I should mention that after wearing them for 3 to 4 hours I do tend to get a little bit warm. The headphones themselves don't heat up or anything, rather: just having these cover my ears for that much time warms up my head. I found that I like to take them off for a few minutes every couple of hours - which works fine for my work day, as I get up to walk around a little about that much anyhow.

Excellent multi-purpose gaming headphones. These headphones have good quality sound a good steady and solid connection. I have used many head phones in my life, and there was always something that I didn't like about them, regardless of how expensive the the product was. These headphones are extremely comfortable, even when wearing for a long duration. The ear cups are really soft and has this memory foam like cushion that conforms to your ears., the same type of material also run across the top of your head. These headphones have become my everyday accessory. I use them for listening to music, playing games, and even use them for work as, it has a built-in mic that you can manually release and close. I have made several calls using this product and each call has produced a clear and precise conversation, with no lag, or distortion. Switching between the different modes is very simple, a long with any function that the headphone has to offer is Intuitive and comparable to any other headphones. The product comes with a wireless adapter, which is pretty much plug and play for those that don't have a Bluetooth connection.. The volume, bass, treble, is perfect for me and sounds nice. There is also an IOS app that allows you to customize the equalizer for a more personalized experience. Majority of the headphone is of plastic, but quality, durable, and flexible plastic. You really have to apply some force in order to damage this product. A USB-C is used to charge the device and once it is fully charged, it provides phenomenal battery life. The price may be a little sleep, but I personally think they are well worth it as these headphones can be used for all of your everyday needs.Best Regards,Amazon Vine Voice (Product Reviewer)
