Fantastic product, and fantastic service
Ordered early hours of Monday morning, received Tuesday morning! I've used the Evans EMAD system before, and love the tonal qualities it gives, but I am a heavy hitter, and tend to go through beater heads every 3 or 4 months, so I thought this time I'd try the ported resonator head too as its fast approaching recording time! Thanks guys, loving it!

I'd definitely recommend this combination if your bass drum needs some TLC
My old Yamaha bass drum was sounding dreadful, just a click and a wobble and nothing in between.I took off the decade-old Evans pinstripe and anonymous black resonant head, stripped the metalware off and cleaned the drum inside and out with Orange Glo furniture polish. I paid particular attention to the bearing edges, rubbing in lots of polish, and making sure the surfaces were still true.Back on with the metalwork, and then I fitted and tuned the new heads. A beater patch came in the pack so I fitted that too.What a difference! The drum now has an incredibly satisfying bottom end, but still enough bite to cut through the band. I'd definitely recommend this combination if your bass drum needs some TLC.

Great item..good value for money..but shame about the delivery guy..bordeline to rude ,no "hello"or nothing,shoved the item in my hands and turn around without even looking at me!...🙁

Very Happy
Gives a superbly satisfactory bass sound. I prefer playing breakbeats and funk etc I had to use a lot of youtube videos to try to find the sound I was after for a kick drum as my experience of different kits is very limited, this one came out top, and I was not disappointed in any way. I love my kick drum now, I hit it as much as possible as a result :D
