Amazing Remake!
First off- the game itself: 5/5 Stars. Let's get into it.Persona 3 is a JRPG within the Shin Megami Tensei series, it was the first of the popular Persona franchise to feature Social Links, and the press-turn battle system that we know today. Within it, you manage your time as a school student with social relationships, and as a Shadow-slaying member of SEES, scaling a 255-floor dungeon, named Tartarus. As a remake, this is quite faithful in terms of not changing up the gameplay too much, there are some quality of life improvements and smaller changes to help the player out, but overall, if you've played a Persona game, you know what you're jumping into here.Graphically, of course this isn't some sort of hyper-realistic ray-traced thing, but it doesn't need to be! The art style is cohesive and the in-game engine makes everything look great and stylish.Bits and ends: I couldn't write this review of a modern game (even a remake of a game from 2009) without mentioning that it takes a grand total of THIRTY GB. The game features a 255 floor dungeon and pretty good visual fidelity and takes just as much space as a single weapon in Call of Duty. This game respects your hard drive. And I appreciate it for that alone! Now: the collectors edition. 5/5*It's perfect for a fan. If you loved persona 3, 4 and/or 5, you'll buy this up and honestly, you already have! The statue is good quality, the art book contains amazing drawings, and the soundtrack will absolutely be a plus. The DLC I could go with or without, but I appreciate it!However; if this is your first foray into persona, you might love it just a bit less, or find the price a lot less worthwhile. And that's fine! More for me!

Must buy for all Persona 3 fans!!!
Fantastic legacy Persona game, now finally updated with modern visuals, new VAs and re-recorded soundtrack. It's classic Persona 3. Great story and fun gameplay. The Aigis Edition came delivered in an Amazon box. All intact and fantastic collector box set for any persona 3 fan.

Near peak
I absolutely love this game. It’s not as edgy as the old one, and that sucks cause that was a big appeal to my younger self but honestly the main themes are all still there - still done well! The characters are more flushed out than before. Well, except the guys I guess but overall they get their own events too, just less. Whole game lasted me about 130 hours on first play through. Don’t have a second one yet, but I most definitely will return to it.

Great Set, Atlas takes care of their fans!
Please note this is not a review about the game itself. I’m about to get to the second boss at this point, so I have no room to comment about that yet. This is solely about the Aigis Collectors Edition. Now, it comes with a bunch of awesome things - a soundtrack, an art book, some DLC codes, and the packaging itself is pretty sweet too! Now, the original shipment came with an Aigis statue that had a flaw, but the folks at Atlas/Sega were more than willing to make me whole on the matter - They shipped me another statue without any fuss (Pics of the new statue are now included with this update). Great stuff coming from a company that'll take care of its customers!

100% worth the price
The packaging was amazing. It felt like art the way things were packed in the box. The box was also a surprise to me. It was rather tall and narrow. I was expecting it to be long. When you open the box, first you will see the game. Followed by the sound track. When you take those out, you see the artbook and finally the Aigis figure. The Aigis figure is sturdy. I was surprised. If you own anime figures, this one will be a bit heavier then you expect. It's not a brick, but noticeable. Most of them are made from light feeling PVC, but I think this might be some sort of resin material since its a lot more dense feeling. Or maybe a higher quality PVC. Apparently its made from material California doesn't like, so if you are super immune compromised, double check the material. It also appears to be hand painted which is sort of cool.My only negative aspect of the collector's edition is that the art book was not hardcover like the P5 collector's edition. Same with the game not being steel book. That aside, I was really happy with what I got.The soundtrack is 10x better than the P5 collector's edition. It's 2 CDs and comes in a simple case made from I assume card stock paper.Note I am comparing the P5 original collector's edition, not P5R.The game follows the male protagonist of P3. So for fans of FemC, you will experience disappointment. She might come in a later DLC, or with a mod for PC users. Honestly I would believe some fan right now is attempting to code and mod her into the game. The social links also follow the male route of the game, so this gives me hope FemC might come at a later date since her social links covered the entire party while the male route left Junpei and a few others in the dust. They do fix this a bit, by having sort of events with him more often, but still was hoping for a complete revamp. That aside, the game is still amazing, and I highly recommend it to fans of Persona 3, the Persona series, or for those that want to get into the series since this is a decent starting point for Persona. Art and sound design goes hard. Game its easily a 9/10 out of 10. Collector's Edition is easily a 4.5/5.Was worried it would be a texture pack of P5R onto P3, but it really feels like an evolution of P3 and the design and system from P5R.I really hope they do this for P4, and whenever P6 comes out, its going to be such a solid game if they continue this upwards trend in development.Still holding out for a P1 and P2 remake like this.
