I’ve been using this liquid magnesium for months now. I take a couple dropper-fulls before bed to help me relax and relieve muscle aches. It is very pleasant tasting (pineapple). I still have issues with insomnia, but this magnesium definitely does help. I have less pain and it is easier to relax and fall asleep without the tight muscles. I’ve noticed an added benefit, that my fingernails, which were very thin and wimpy, are thicker and stronger since I started regularly taking this. I’ve reordered several times and plan to continue.

This stuff tastes great and is a really good value. My leg cramps have stopped since I started using this.

Just had a total hip replacement and was told to use it twice daily. I can say I am being awesomely

I take this daily, a little goes a long way, start slow then gradually add more.

I’ve gotten the single bottle before and absolutely loved it. The pineapple taste was sweet and fresh. So when prime day came and this 3 pack was on sale I of course got 2 packs of 3. BIG MISTAKE. The first box I opened did not taste right .. tastes old and not even sweet because of that weird old fruit taste. I have 5 unopened boxes/bottles now that I’m too scared to use in case they have gone bad.

Better than most magnesium supplements. works quickly (15min), does not make you "sleepy", but allows you to stay asleep a bit longer than 4-5 hours. I have insomnia, and this has helped me sleep for more than 6 hours pretty regularly.

B6 over 50 mg (this has 100mg) induces symptoms of neuropathy. BEWARE! Pins and needles folks - prevent this! I'm not struggling to undue this after taking this product for several months.
