I purchased this in September 2023 after using my nieces Dyson and was very pleased with the purchase. It worked as good as the Dyson and the price was significantly less. Also, the curling attachment did not have to be changed when styling one side of your hair vs. the other. There is a switch at the tip of the attachment that you turn that changes the direction of the air flow. This is a very convenient feature. I used the product mostly as a hair dryer but did sometimes use it to smooth out my hair. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. I went to use it a couple of days ago and the heating element is no longer working. When I have the heat on the high setting it is the same as when I turn the heat off. I can’t find any information about a product warranty. I am glad it was so inexpensive. I think this time I will splurge and purchase a name brand!

My husband gave me this as a birthday present to replace my old dryer that was too loud. I finally have a MUCH better dryer. It is definitely quieter and dries my hair faster than the old one. I like that it has multiple heat settings to prevent heat damage to my hair.Keep in mind that it comes with a big storage case for all the accessories, hairbrush, curlers, etc. It's great that it has options for multiple hair styles, but I would have preferred a lighter case for traveling. I never use the other accessories and they simply take up space on my bathroom cabinet, but that's not a deal breaker. Seriously, if you are looking for a powerful, quiet and gentle dryer, this is a good option!

I've tried a few brands and decided to keep this one for the blowout brushes. However, this auto-curler blows hair away from the wand rather than suck it onto the wand so you only curl a few strands at once - laughable. The buttons are also easily pushed during use - definitely a pet peeve of mine. Design engineers should know better by now! Tools with a dial at the bottom of the handle work great, but the brands I tried had the heat and air speed combined (low heat/low air speed, high heat/high air speed), which doesn't work for fine hair. I needed medium heat with high air speed, and this tool does that.

I’ve only used it once so far and only used the airwrap attachment but honestly super impressed. I was able to do my whole head and figure it out the first time. Gets really hot and then nice and cool and worked well! Excited to use all the other attachments. Totally worth the price so far.

I can achieve results almost as good from home. Attachments are super easy to swap (just be careful as they do get hot).It feels well-built, but is also lightweight, which is definitely a plus. The heat and speed settings are intuitive.Overall, I can't recommend it enough. It's become an essential part of my hair care routine, and I'm loving the compliments I've been getting on my hair lately. Trust me, your long wavy hair will thank you!

Unit comes in a beautiful box. Drying attachment worked well. Curling wand requires a big learning curve. I watched some videos in advance. It only works on tiny sections of hair at a time with the right amount of moisture in your hair. Not too much, not too little. Cold shot button turns off the heat but you have then turn the heat back on not just let go of the cold shot button. The reason I’m sending it back is the first time I used it the interior ring that locks the attachments in place cracked off in two places making the entire unit unusable.
