Aluminum 3003-H22 Bright Finish Diamond Tread Plate - .045" x 36" x 48"

Great sheet for price. i am using this to close the back of my workbench.

I am using a piece of this as coverage and protection for the flat painted steel work surface on top of one of my rolling tool boxes. I cut the aluminum and shape it to lay over a piece of 1/8 inch hardboard, put that on the flat hinged top that opens to reveal storage underneath.I will also cut a piece to cover a piece of heavy plywood to cover and reinforce the lower shelf where I store some heavier bulky items. The aluminum surfaces will be easy to keep clean from dirt and grease that come off of the drain pans, jacks etc.The package was sent promptly and received soon after. Two of the corners of the sheet metal had been deformed, but I was able to gently form them back into a flat corner. If the seller/shipper had taken just a bit more time and care in reinforcing the corners of the packaging, or if it had been packed with a wider and longer piece of the beadboard that was included to stiffen the sheet metal, it might have made it to me in undamaged condition. (After reading previous reviews and feedback, I kind of expected this would be the result, and so ordered a slightly larger piece than what I needed.)Anyway....you might want to keep this in mind if you are contemplating an order.

Despite paying over $40 in shipping, the material arrives with bent corners and edges, so order bigger than you need so that you can cut away the bad parts.

Material was as expected, needs stronger shipping box, all corners bent.
