Multiple extracts in one capsule
This is more than a Turmeric supplement, including additionally Boswellia and Ashwagandha plus vitamin C. All these extracts are reputed to have benefits - I believe there is more scientific backing for some than others - and the manufacturer’s website refers only vaguely to “support with your joints, digestion, mind and mood” to indicate the advantages of taking these. I don’t know how the elements combined would interact with each other, so some caution would be wise in starting on this supplement. The turmeric content (delivered as curcumin extract with black pepper to enhance absorption) is moderate per capsule - the suggested dose is one or two capsules a day. Two capsules is a high dose, at the level often recommended for managing arthritis. With the other components a two-capsule dose might be too strong for those unused to these herbal remedies.Depending on your chosen dose, the package will last one or two months. For the turmeric alone, the price is quite high; but if you want to take Boswellia and Ashwagandha too, then the value for money is better than buying three separate supplements. The vegan capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow with a full glass of water or your chosen milk.

Vegan capsules.
I have been taking these turmeric complex capsules two a day for over a month now and have finished the course.I take them with a couple of normal painkillers as l suffer with aches and pains in my feet and hands due to my age and general wear and tear and standing up all day, working in the catering industry.I was prescribed Naproxen from my GP, and although they helped l don't want to take strong tablets and would prefer to go down the herbal route, so l stopped the GP's medication in favour of these herbal vegan tablets and will continue with them and order some more as l feel they are helping.I am aware it can take up to 3 months to feel a difference, so l will wait and see. They are 10,000 mils, easy to swallow and have no aftertaste and are a reasonable price.

Only 100mg per Capsule of Curcumin, otherwise OK
Ignoring the Turmeric "10,000mg" (meaningless), this complex offers 200mg of the all important Curcumin per serving (which is X2 capsules), making it 100mg per capsule of the main, active ingredient. That I am afraid makes this just an average and quite expensive 30 day formulation, albeit it has several complimentary and synergistic additions such as Black Pepper, Ginger, Ashwagandha, Vitamin C & Boswellia Serrata. All in, a 3.5 star great but a tad too expensive formulation with an only average dose of Curcumin.

Turmeric
I’ve been taking turmeric for a while now to help with joint pain and have tried several different brands over the years. Therefore, I can usually quite easily tell the good from the bad. These supplements from Nutripact are definitely among the better ones.I use turmeric capsules for the convenience of not having to cook with it everyday. These capsules appear to have high quality ingredients and potency. In addition to turmeric, they also contain black pepper, ginger, ashwagandha, boswellia, and vitamin C. They are standard size capsules and don’t leave any horrible aftertaste like some I’ve tried in the past. They’re also suitable for vegans which is great as this means my partner can use them too.If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and effective way of getting turmeric into your diet, look no further!

Great complex of turmeric, value for money
Nutripact Turm Pact 60 capsules, a month supply made in the UK.These contain turmeric, curcumin, black pepper, ginger, ashwagandha, boswellia and vitamin C10.000mg Turmeric160mg Vitamin C500mg. Ashwagandha200mg. Boswellia serrata200mg. Ginger80mg. Black pepperThey are a high strength turmeric complex making them good value for money.Vegan capsules if that is a concern for you.I have been taking turmeric as a supplement for some time now, it was recommended by my GP as a supplement for my arthritis.I find it very helpful in reducing swelling in my hands.I’m not overly keen on the flavour of turmeric so ingesting it in a capsule is far more agreeable to me as well as being more convenient. These capsules are easy to swallow with water, they have no odour or taste that i can discern anyway.I like the colour, they are a warm turmeric orange which stand out in a world of white supplementary capsules. It’s to soon to say how impactful these will be yet but as I’m familiar with taking turmeric supplements I know how good is for me and look forward to observing the effects of this high strength dose.I recommend these as in my opinion they represent great value for money at this price and if turmeric is something that brings you some relief these are good ones to try.
