I love them, slofoodgroup it's my #1 choice when purchasing gold or silver leaf. The only detail I discovered with this gold leaf is that, for apply in cake, you have to place the piece in place, then wet the back of transfer paper with a pencil to detach it completely. If not, it will ripe easily and your finish will be like the photo. I discovered this trick a little late lol, I liked though.

supper small amount of gold leaf on each sheet
worst edible loose leaf transfer, the sheets are super small and they are all completely loose, when open the package the gold leaf flue away from the paper! I have use edible gold leaf before and never had a problem, don't buy this brand!

Fácil de usar, nueva calidad y el sabor es bueno. Sirve como decoración y también para envolver. Solo aprende bien la tecnica en un vídeo de Youtube y no te arrepentirás. Puedes hacer cosas espectaculares como forrar un crujiente.

Worked out well on a wedding cake. Loose leaf would have been easier, but is a good value.
