I often get cramps from work, after taking these I have not had severe cramps in my hands or back. I should probably drink more water bit ive been saying that for 30 years. This is a good supplement.

Having trouble maintaining my electrolytes on my new diet. These are amazing. I feel great to a day either in the morning or at night and I have lots of energy.

These pills are great to have. I took just one and cleaned my whole house from top to bottom. But when it came time to sleep my brain would not shut off as if I could still get up and continue to clean. Make sure you drink enough water though.

Staying hydrated with water was not sufficient to avoid muscle cramping after playing pickleball. This product was rated as #1 for electrolyte replenishment with only 2 tablets a day. Works great and have not had any muscle cramping during or after playing pickleball in the 90 degree plus weather.

I use this product during a fast and it helped a lot keeping my mind and body stabilized. Other than fasting, I wouldn’t use this product. I would rely on good food.

Not really worth the money, you can get these same electrolytes in a different product. Didn't let's see a big difference from gatorade
