Diamond Select Toys Marvel Select: Thor Ragnarok Gladiator Hulk Action Figure

There is a lot to like here... The sculpt is crisp, clean, detailed, and looks very much like the character from the movie. There are some great details in the paint, both in the small details and the weathering. I didn't have any issues where paint was misplaced or missing. There is some chipping on the discs in his wrists, but the sculpt hides that well enough.I am surprised and happy with the range of articulation here. You don't get a big range of motion in the elbows or wrists, but that's typical for an action figure with large biceps and forearms. The pivot in his abdomen was the biggest surprise for me, there's a good range in there, something Marvel Select figures have struggled with before. He's got great range and pivot in his neck with the helmetless head, but the helmeted one is sculpted in a way that hinders a lot of movement.The heft of this figure is actually rather good, he's not so heavy that he tries to fall, I've gotten him into some different poses where he balances fairly well. Even the axe and Hammer are weighted in a way that they aren't going to sag over time like Hasbro's version. The only gripe I have is that the rigidity of the plastic used on his hands leave little give to wiggle in the weapons and so the plastic and paint are tearing from the effort.Still, I am happy with the figure overall and he will be replacing my build-a-figure from Hasbro in my display.

Beautiful, size is great, detail is Great.. articulation is great (for a Hulk figure). But don’t move it around too much after you fix a pose for it, because the heavy material Diamond select uses on this figure is hard, and doesn’t have much of a plastic or rubber fell to it, so the articulation points (joints) rub down and wear super fast, and won’t stay after some real movement of them.The replaceable hands (wrist joints) are the worst (especially holding the big hammer & axe). Then the hip joints are probably 2nd, (holding all his weight). Seems like if the resign/plastic mixture they used was just a tiny bit softer the figure would be perfect. A Great buy if you can get it at’ or close to $30.

Wow, this figure is absolutely stunning! The sculpting, the paint, the articulation, the little details, the weapons, everything is just top notch and all for only $25. If you are a fan of Marvel Legends or Marvel Select, add this to your collection asap before it sells out and becomes rare!

This figure has some heft that I wasn't expecting. Great looking Hulk and he has lots of articulation. I haven't been able to replace the regular head with the helmeted one, as I didn't want to apply too much force and risk damaging it. But he looks great facing my Legends Thor with the two swords.

This is by far the Best Marvel Selects figure I’ve purchased. Its detail is amazing, and Diamond Select paid very close attention to the movie and did an absolutely fantastic Job... heavy figure: but easily the top figure in the long running Marvel Selects lineup

Very large, great detail. Hammer accessory is heavy so over time it may loosen the wrist joint on the hand holding it but after a few months on display I’ve had no issues.One of my all time favorite figures, if you’re on the fence just buy it!

Great likeness of Hulk, paint applications are great and details are spot on. Figure is a little stiff and posing is a little tough. Figure is also heavy so keep in mind when paying for shipping. For the price is an amazing piece. Very happy to have it.

This is a great figure! The figure is great for its price point and leagues above the Marvel Legends BAF. The optional hands and head were a great touch too. I would highly suggest getting this figure if you need a beefy Hulk figure.
