Did not come with power cord!
Our printer did not come with a power cord! This needs to be fixed. I don't know where to go on this website to make this right but that's pretty messed up after paying for installation and they can't even hook it up. C'mon!

Excellent Multi-Function
I have had this for a year now and I am thoroughly impressed. We print, scan, fax, and email documents all day long and this multi-function is up to the task. Prints and graphics are crystal clear and the color is natural. This system is perfect for a small business.I really like the quick wake from standby - it prints out a color document in what seems like 10 seconds or less. It scans 2 sided documents on a single pass and 2 sided printing is quick and efficient, plus it saves a lot of paper.Toner is expensive and I would never use anything except for genuine OEM. Toner seems to last forever with this thing. My last printer would have me change the toner way before the cartridge was empty - this unit consumes every last drop. It seems to be incredibly efficient with toner. The starter toner that came with the unit lasted significantly longer than I expected it would.I highly recommend this printer.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER
This is absolutely the worst printer/scanner/copier I have ever owned. Do everything possible to avoid purchasing this machine.

A big waist of money and time.
Th is by far the worst machine you can buy in today's market. The ink(toner) is very low quality(when paper comes out of printer it looks like was painted with mud). Pictures are washed out with no contrast or shine. Shame on you Xerox for trying to fool us with your half baked invention. The colors are way off(dark blue is dark purple, orange is light brown, red is orange, etc), all in one a big fiasco. I just got this piece of garbage last week, and as soon as i turned it on, i wanted to throw it out through the window. I spend over an hour with the tech support on the phone, trying to fix it(he was remote connected to my computer) and then he decided to send a tech to my house to try to fix it. Four days later the tech came, and after playing with it for an hour or so, he said that is printing bad but this is how this machine is printing. I know this tech well from my previous visits, and he is a very good tech, witch Xerox does not have to many(one of them came to fix a problem with my older XEROX CUBE 8700 AND DESTROYED IT COMPLETELY, SO I GOT THIS AS A REPLACEMENT FOR IT). So all in one XEROX I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK AND TAKE YOUR POOR INVENTION BACK AND WORK ON IT AND PUT IT BACK ON THE MARKET AFTER YOU GET IT RIGHT. BAD PRODUCT, STAY AWAY, LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT BRAND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS. BAD BAD BAD. I WILL GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. The fax interface is another disaster. No way to control your machine. When trying to fax with it is not showing nothing on the screen, but the main screen, no menu to control any function, no way to stop or cancel the fax. I turned it off than on, and as soon it turned on it started to fax again, but nothing showing on the screen or where was faxing, or what was faxing. What a joke. As you can see, this thing needs a lot of redesign. For the five stars reviewers try to print from WINDOWS 7 SAMPLE PICTURES(TRY THE ORANGE FLOWER, AND THE SQUID) AND COMPARE WHAT IS COMING OUT OF YOUR MACHINE WITH THE PICTURE ON THE MONITOR AND AFTER THAT I WANT TO SEE YOUR NEW REVIEW. So XEROX I WANT YOUR OPINION ON YOUR PRODUCT. I CAN GO ON AND ON BUT I DO NOT WANT TO RAISE MY BLOOD PRESSURE BECAUSE OF THIS THING. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR A VERY VERY VERY BAD PRODUCT.

BUY A SERVICE PLAN
Bought direct from Xerox. Worked great out of the box. It never warned that black was running low until one day it just stopped printing and said it was empty. Ordered a new one(expensive), replaced the cartridge and it showed 100% in the menu for black(50% for the other colors). Unfortunately, trying to print only produced blank pages, no matter what you sent to the printer. Turned printer off, took all the carts out, shook them and replaced, turned back on. Now can't even try to print because it says to remove and reinsert yellow cart and reboot. After doing this 5 times, no change. Typical electronic POS. Oh, and yes, genuine Xerox carts also.
