Complete control and accuracy.
I've bought these religiously now for the last 4 years. They are consistently great. The small size means that you have maximum control over how you pick a string, almost as if the pick is part of your hand. You can jump between strings effortlessly and pick each string with great accuracy, avoiding parallel strings with ease (depending on your technique, of course!).They seem to be a decent all-arounder too. I imagine what I'm doing could be seen as a hate crime, but I use them to play acoustic too without any real problem. They're definitely not built for playing chords on acoustic guitars and are pretty much designed for single note playing on an electric guitar, but if you're like me and you're waiting to find the right pick for the acoustic, these get the job done well enough. The addition of the maxi-grip allows more control in how you manipulate the pick without risk of dropping it, though I've found that it's not long until the grip gets clogged up with the usual build up of finger gunk we must endure as guitarists. This makes the grip not feel as comfortable or efficient as when you first use it, but there is still a major difference between the surface of these and the regular jazz iiis though. I can barely go back to the standard ones.So overall, great guitar picks that are consistently efficient at doing what they were made to do. If playing the faster style of electric guitar is your thing, go for these.

High quality picks
These picks are solid, they're thick and carbon fibre, very long lasting. I use picks on a bass and run through picks very quick, so far I've noticed no nicks or deformation on these, they are solid. They have a very sharp tip, so there's practically no resistance when plucking strings - because of this you don't get that "chug" sound that you sometimes get when you strike the string with a thick pick - with these picks you only really get the note sound when plucking. They're quite small though, it takes a couple minutes to get used to, but once you're used to them, you'll love them, these Jazz IIIs in particular also don't slip or fall out your hand, they are very grippy. The tone is quite dull, so for electric guitar and bass they are fine, you can adjust your amp as necessary to get the tone you want, but acoustic players might want to get a thinner pick.Very good for the price, definite value - with a pack of 12, I won't have to be some more picks for a while.

Trusty, reliable, comfortable, a solid choice for players
Solid, trusty and reliable Jazz 3 plectrums. Good, small size for precision, decent grip and the right thickness. It's no wonder that these are so popular with guitar players. My only issue is that prices for these plectrums seem to be going up.

Best Pick Ever
First of all, this arrived the next day which was great. I'd been playing with an old Jazz III that my friend lent me one day at a band practice and ever since I've been hooked on the small, sharp design of these picks. The problem with the normal Jazz III is that they are rather slippy after a while and mine was really badly worn out as it's probably been used for years by the person who gave me it. I saw in an interview with Mick Thomson that this pick was available and I thought it was time I ordered some. This pick is a metal guitarist's dream. It stays solid in your fingers and the small profile allows for easy, accurate picking and pinch harmonics. I've heard these last an extremely long time too, so with 12 of them I think it will be a while before I have to get new picks. I play guitar pretty much everyday and I will continue this review in the future to consider the durability. Top quality product by Dunlop.

The world a best picks!
I love these picks! I used a couple of ordinary jazz 3s and had mixed feelings about them, one one hand they have the perfect shape for playing, great attack and precision, but on the other hand they were so small and slippery to my massive hands that I had to stop using them.THEN!!! I spotted these picks in my local music store and I have never used another pick since! They have the perfect dimensions, even with massive hands. The grip texture holds very well, if you get the grip right at the start of the song, you won't have to re grip during the song.Cannot recommend them enough, I just bought ten packets of these, that's 120 xD I filled a box and stuck it in my drawer, they should last a lifetime as the material (which isn't carbon fibre incidentally, no black residue, named for the aesthetics, very good material none the less!) Has about 10x the amount of play time before it develops a slant.11\10!

Favourite pick
I noticed a considerable difference after using these, it feels much more comfortable to hold and my picking speed has slightly increased after use. Smaller than my other picks but i do like that, highly reccomend

Great Pick
On my quest for the perfect pick I procured some of these. They are small, but the grip is excellent.I play acoustic and electric. For acoustic picking the strings with these is great. Lovely sound. Strumming with these on an acoutic is rubbish. Awful sound. I prefer a thinner (0.43 dunlop) pick for strumming on my acoustic. As for electrc guitar - great for strumming and picking.
