Pamela's Gluten Free Baking and Pancake Mix, Waffles, Cake & Cookies Too, Kosher, 1.5-Pound Bag (Pack of 6)

I don't cook much at home, but making pancakes is my thing. So, when my wife was forced to become gluten-free, I had to find something I could use to whip up pancakes on short notice. I've tried most GF pancake recipes (Kodia Cakes, Bob's Redmill, etc) and these are by far the best tasting. I add a little vanilla protein powder to make it a bit healthier. So now I use this mix as just 'pancake mix', when I make them for others who aren't GF. They don't even know it's GF, unless I tell them. THESE ARE THE BEST!!!!

Pamela's Products gluten free pancake mix is terrific. I'm sensitive to gluten so I've been gluten free for 13 years. This pancake mix makes delicious pancakes and waffles. My hubby, who is not gluten-free, really likes this and uses it every week.

We love the Pamela's gluten free pancake and waffle mix. It is one of the better GF mixes out there. We used to like it better but they recently changed the formula with less almond flour so they are not quite as good as the previous recipe. We just add a little of our own almond flour to make them like before. But it still makes great waffles and pancakes. Go Pamela's!

Most gluten free mixes just do not taste good to my family. Pamela’s is the one exception we all agree with. The pancakes also look teally good.

I have used Pamela’s mixes before and will continue to use them. The reason is quite simple. If you have ever bought premade items at the store, they are VERY, expensive. 6.00 or 7.00 dollars for a HALF loaf of bread, or try buying a gluten free pizza from big chain pizza stores, and they are all dry, and gritty. It’s like the bread items themselves are are corn that hasn’t been ground up all the way so the flours aren’t fine enough. But PAMELAS is not any of the things I’ve mentioned. It’s absolutely delicious. I’ve made pancakes, cookies,cakes, waffles, and am getting ready to try her bread mix. Her gluten free products are so good to eat and you could serve them and no one would know, is because of the types of flour that she DOES USE. No wheat products anywhere as well as other types of products that give people cause for concern with those of us with food allergies. I would always tell everyone to be sure that your particular food allergy is one that has been addressed. And Pamalas does place their allergy concerns on their packaging clearly and easy to read. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO OTHERS WHO MISS OUT DUE TO FOOD ALLERGIES TO GLUTEN

This is my go to gluten-free baking mix/flour. I use it to make pancakes, waffles, cornbread, banana bread, etc. The mix of flours give flavor without leaving an aftertaste. Highly recommend for anyone that is gluten-intolerant.

We were given this mix from a friend who travels to America and always buys a pack when he's there. So glad we don't have to wait for one of his trips to stock up now you can order through Amazon UK. You do have to pay import tax but I think it's worth it. Easy to make and tastes amazing. These pancakes are a family favourite.

Great tasting grain free waffles. My kids love them. Great for the paleo diet.
