I mixed this with a packet of Seeds of Change brown rice, quinoa, & garlic and it made a super tasty, filling meal. I like that the Organic Plant based Three Bean Vegan Chili is high in both protein and fiber. It's the 2 things my body need right now. My whole digestive tract has been out of sync for about a month, leaving me unable to eat anything but dry whole grain toast and tea or broth and fruit or Jello. I decided to try an all plant-based diet, high in fiber and protein and see how well my body handled it. The taste was grand, very flavorful! My body didn't rebel, and I've already re-ordered. I'm not a fan of curry so I'm not sure how many flavors I'll try, but this one will be a constant. The carbs are high, but that's typical for beans. The sodium is high, but that's typical for anything prepackaged. I'm not physically able to stand at the stove and prepare meals, so that's just the way it is. This with the rice, was like eating at a restaurant. I would highly recommend trying the two together, but eating this alone is also great on its own for a small meal.

Vendor: One star for the one package I received when I was supposed to receive six as advertised. I sent two private messages to the vendor and Amazon, hoping they’d rectify the error. I have not heard back from either.Product: 4-5 stars. The beans are pretty good, which is why I’ve ordered them in the past from a different vendor. They’re cooked and seasoned well; I like mixing them with other pre-cooked food for camping, travelling, or last-minute home meals. Too bad the product is not as readily available.
