Worst taste and watered down
This product seems to be watered down compared to others. The dose seems like it's half dose When diluted in water ,it Doesn't get as dark as other brands so I have to use double dose and the taste is horrendous. Doesn't seem to be pure shilagit.

not worth the problems
I bought this after seeing it on an ad and doing a bit of research. Dosage amounts are not clear. It comes with a little spoon but it’s not clear that you’re supposed to use the whole spoon half the soon .. ?First day was fine I didn’t notice really anything. I took a bit more the second day and noticed that I was definitely on edge had more energy but had a difficult time sleeping because my heart was pounding. The next day I woke up with my ears blocked. No idea why and I had a headache. I never get headaches. It’s not clear to me now that this product is actually pure. I don’t know. The deeper I dig on the internet it seems that some products have tainted the product in the processing part and that’s possibly why I’m feeling these side effects. The reviews here so far are also not comforting
