Quality, beautiful- fragile
Our first order arrived with one small bottle broken. The shipping box showed damage. The replacement came quickly and in perfect condition. Quality with vivid colors!

lovely and fragile
These are very pretty bottles. I didn't get the exact bottles in the picture but they were all lovely and delicate. Each one was wrapped in a Styrofoam sheet with the little tops separated by a layer. Then there was a rubber band around each to hold the wrapping on. Be careful when you open them as they are very fragile. But I love them.

Egyptian Beauties...
Love them... One of the perfume sticks were broken but nothing some good crazy glue can't fix...they are absolutely beautiful and fragile They were very well packaged but considering where these fragile beauties come from I expected a little damage especially based on other reviews... and lets face it these shipping companies have no respect for items even if the say "Fragile" Lol

These are beautiful but fragile bottles. A couple of the bottles in my shipment arrived broken and the follow up by Crafts of Egypt was excellent. They provided replacement bottles with no questions asked, and they had them delivered to me within a couple of days of my email to them. Thank you so much - love the bottles and really appreciate your prompt attention!

Nice bottles with a great charm, but I had a few spots of bad luck.
The bottles are exactly as they appear. They are bright, charming and do exactly as they are intended. However, I received a few that were slightly damaged. By slightly damaged I mean that the tops were busted off inside of the lip of the bottles. This won't be held to hard against them as shipping stuff happens and they did actually pack them well.If you like bottles like these, this is a good buy. I just hope that in the future, maybe whoever they ship with will handle them slightly better but that's a roll of the dice. Overall satisfactory buy.

Poor Packaging
I loved them but this is the second time they arrive broken. Last time I didn't care because it was a smaller bottle but today, the large one arrived broken. The packaging should definitely be fixed!
