Excellent budget surf rod!
At $49 Cad this was an extremely satisfying purchase. It's landed well over 20 big Striped Bass so far and is definitely exceeding my expectations. Penn's budget gear quality is quite a bit above some other brands mid-high end gear in my opinion. If the price stays low on these dont hesitate to grab one if your in the market for a surf rod.
