Good quality
A good vegan staple. Nice texture and tidy sized mince like pieces.

Pleasant taste and texture
I rehydrate with hot water and throw away the water. Then fry the wet mince before using it.Texture is then not too rubbery.Obviously, it needs plenty of flavouring with stock cubes and/or other sauce.

Great replacement for meat. Won’t go bad and you only need a small amount for each meal so lasts a long time.

Disliked nothing. Use for chilli con carne and anything that require minced meat

Good texture when rehydrated and cooked. I found the baseline soya flavour a bit cloying and the smell to be reminiscent of dog biscuits. This reduced a bit by rinsing off the dust using a sieve under the tap, before adding the stock. Tasted fine once fully prepped and cooked.
