Dexcom G6 Sensor Protector – 30 pcs Dexcom G6 Overpatches + 2 pcs Reusable Cap, Up to 10 Days Long-Lasting Medical Adhesive

I purchased this product for my daughter. After approximately two days of use, it began to irritate her skin. When she removed it, she discovered that water had seeped under the protective layer. This caused the adhesive to come loose, and the sensor to fall off. Consequently, she had to purchase a new sensor. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product.

The plastic cover is a nice addition to protect your cgm. However, it takes a bit of coordination to apply the cover then the patch. The patch itself doesn’t seem to last as long as it should and tends to fret at the edges which then catch on clothing, bedding etc. personally, I’m underwhelmed by this product.

These really do protect the sensor, but since we "reset" our sensors to get more use from them they don't work for us. I haven't found a way to remove the fabric layer without damaging the sensor fabric layer. A little bit of a smell to them.

These are great for the G6 system and come with not one but two caps for the patches. The patches adhere very well and will last throughout the day.These are black colored so they won't blend in very well but my clothes hide my dexcom. I prefer the nude color ones because they feel more discreet but at the end of the day they work so it's fine for me.The price is great and you get 30 of them for cheap so grab a pack!

I love the covers to go over the sensor and transmitter. It’s great for the fact that your transmitter won’t be able sticky after and because it gives an extra protection to the sensor. The patches are wide enough to put over the Dexcom. I like that they cover the top because I used to have problems with the sensor popping out. My son is five and picks at it so the cover is ideal.
