I have a massage gun that helps with larger muscles, but it's a bit too clunky for the actual arm. This arm sleeve is very interesting as it's a compression sleeve and it has lots of little vibrating motors along its length. I wasn't sure if it was going to be very effective to speed up recovery after practice, but it has been helping.The sleeve is pretty long and covers my entire arm. It does take a bit of adjusting the position of the sleeve so that it gets all the right spots and then the power button becomes a bit out of reach.This is a versatile device that does not get in the way. Main issue with massage guns and other devices is that fact that you basically have to stop everything and focus on that one area. In my case, I am just a bit sore and I was literally able to do dishes while the device was on my arm.Main complaint I have is that there is no app connection or mode to track massage sessions. There are lots of QR codes to download their app, but there's no connectivity to this massage sleeve.I got mine in Large and if doesn't squeeze my arm too much. Biceps are feels loose when arm is relaxed and straight, but tight when I am on my computer with arm bent.Oh... and the packaging is very intricate. A bit difficult to slide the box out of the outer sleeve at first, but every component seems well packaged and designed with care. The little battery module is very compact and light.I wasn't sure if I'd like or use the device more than once and if it was worth the cost. It's not cheap. But it's very well made. It has been helping.

I ordered this RecoveryPulse Arm Sleeve for my husband who suffers from Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. This dystrophy causes him chronic pain on the right side of his body. He had a hand injury years ago that brought on this condition. Recently he has been getting pain in his right arm. This sleeve works well to alleviate a lot of his pain when he uses it on the wave vibration. There are a total of 3 different vibration settings. It is a bit louder than we anticipated, but it is still pretty quiet, especially for the vibration that it provides.This sleeve is very well constructed from quality materials. It is super simple to use, just charge the small battery cube with the USB charger and slip into the pocket. It easily connects and stays put. The power button turns it on with a 2 second hold. A simple press switches the vibration modes with ease.It is nicely packaged making it great for gift-giving. It comes with a breathable, lightweight but strong zippered pouch to store all of the components in. The sleeve is machine washable when you remove the battery. My husband is very pleased with this arm sleeve.

Got this for my husband to help him recover easier after upper body gym days. It makes a big difference in speeding up recovery and limiting the soreness. The dog is not happy with it since it sounds like clippers, so the dog has to be in the other room when we use it.
