Works great and is cheaper than at box stores.

Works for Fluval kit
This works as expected for the 45g Fluval kit. Put a wrap of teflon tape on the threads to make it easier to get a tight seal. I get about 3 weeks per cartridge. That said, the 45g Fluval kit is truly awful because it's impossible to adjust so only buy this if you are stuck with the kit.

Exploded on me
Do not get this company still hasent Gaven me a refund literally exploded in my face took it out of the package and hooked it up used it for about 5 minutes and exploded while I was watching my tank if I could give this zero stars I would totally not worth my money 20$ spent on this is outrageous

Perfect for my small tank
I have this on a monthly subscription because they don’t sell it in stores here. Using 8 ish hours a day 4 days a week it lasts me about a month.

Does what I need it to do
I’ve noticed a lot of bad reviews on how expensive this is. Well I would suggest if you have a planted 5 gallon aquarium this is your best bet.

Poor Choice - Choose a larger one
I used these along with the fluval C02 kit for a small planted tank. The cylinders empty quick, especially with the hard to control CO2 Regulator Fluval provides in their separate Kit. I would recommend going to the large size cylinders and a different brand for a small CO2 kit.. switch as Tropica
