I just got a double helix and conch piercing. I absolutely cannot lay on them until healed which could take a year. For other piercings I’ve tried other pillows and slept horrible. I decided to spend the extra money and try this one because its thickness is adjustable. When I first opened it it had a smell, not necessarily a bad smell but a fresh out of the box smell. The smell did quickly go away. I noticed right away the pillow is larger than the others I have tried which is wonderful. Trying to sleep with new piercings on a super tiny pillow is not ideal for sure.When I first tried the pillow it was to thick but i wasn’t surprised because of my neck I like thinner pillows. It was extremely easy to unzip and take out the layer of foam. After that it was perfect! Soft, breathable, and the ear hole is larger than other pillows. Which is super nice because I don’t have to worry about hitting my piercings. Now it’s not quite as good as my regular old pillow I’m spoiled to but it’s a very close second. I have been sleeping extremely well which is a win win in my book!

This pillow arrived and I had hopes. Unfortunately I wish I would have listened to reviews. This is as hard as others have said it is I liken this to the rubber floor mats that are usually used in kitchens and restaurants to reduce foot fatigue. That is how hard this is. The cover is soft but there is an uncovered part directly inside the ear hole. This comes rolled tightly in a box. My pillow was wavy and stunk. I am not waiting to see if this pillow, settles and flattens. It is all together unsatisfactory. It is being sent back immediately.

I tend to like my pillows firm, but this was hard as rock. The overall design is good. Would keep just for the pillowcase, except it's a few inches short of a standard pillowcase.

Like the design and helped ability to sleep more hours without waking.

The pillow is just the ticket for my ear issue. I have chondrodermatitis nodularis helix on my left ear and this pillow allows me to sleep without pain. The hole is perfect for me and the fact that it is adjustable in height is even better. I use it fully stuffed and it’s great for me. It’s foam is very soft and no chemical smell. Price was very reasonable for such a perfect pillow for me! Very pleased with the overall quality and performance.

The ear hole is great, unfortunately the foam is super firm and it feels like sleeping with 3 edges pressed into your face.

This ear pillow has been one of the my top purchases ever. For years I had issues with my ear falling asleep when I slept on my side. I've tried all sorts of things. This pillow has been a God send! It allows me to sleep comfortably and roll over and keep my ear protected in the hole. It has a thin shim to allow for adjustment and is supportive. Will be getting another to keep in my camper too!

This thing is awful. It's stiff and hard. I've been using it for two weeks and it hasn't softened yet. It's about the size of a normal pillow and the ear hole is great but it just is clunky and uncomfortable.
