Kinks and Squares Off - Unusable, Will Not Buy Again
The 1/2" OD coil arrived damaged, with 2 feet of the outermost ring crumpled. After cutting off the unusable section, I attempted to straighten out a 30-inch piece, but the tubing kinked and squared off even when gently uncoiling a short section of it on a flat surface. After struggling to get a minimally round section, I bent two 90-degree angles using a ratcheting tubing bender designed for HVAC work. When I went to slide 1/2" flare nuts onto each end before flaring, the tubing was still too squared off, preventing the nuts from sliding more than 1/2 inch onto the ends. This tubing is far too soft and prone to kinking, making it unusable for bending or flaring. I'm now attempting a refund even though I've cut it —it’s just so disappointing. For nearly the same price as brand-name options, this should be much better. Would not recommend.

Perfect
Works perfectly for what it’s designed to do.

Pinched on the ends, but very easy to work with
Both ends of tube are pinched to be nearly closed, but the copper is so malleable that it isn't an issue to correct. It's very easy to coil the tubing around a cylinder, but it's so malleable that you need to be careful to not accidentally flatten it, and will want to put it somewhere probably enclosed so other things don't bump into it and flatten or pierce it, too.

Poorly packaged causing damage.
The quality of the copper tubing was as expected but it was poorly packaged with zero protection. It was just a 50ft reel of tubing rattling around in an oversized box. The box was absolutely destroyed when it arrived and the copper hose was very damaged in many places. 20ft of the 50ft tubing is unusable because it is all crushed and kinked. Pretty disappointed because copper tubing isn’t cheap. I had to use what I could due to timing but it definitely hindered the quality and functionality of the project I am working on.
