AMAZING PRODUCT
I am surprised this has not been thought of earlier. As a regular miswaak user with a conventional brushing style this is an amazing product. It is premium quality and easy to carry and keep hygienic. The miswaak bristles can also be replaced regularly. Highly advised. Game changer

Would prefer a regular miswak, but this is good for reaching small areas
It comes down to whether you're fine using a regular brush to clean your molars, or getting one of these. Me personally I like the £1 miswaks as they last really long and are cost effective, however this product combines the urban design of a toothbrush with the miswak bristles, which is something I like as I have much more control of the strokes and the angle of which I can brush, something a regular miswak doesn't have as it's blocky. My only issue is that the bristles are sort of soft, which means they're more likely needed to be changed, which makes this not as cost effective over time. If the miswak properties are what you want, I feel like you could just use miswak powder and a regular toothbrush. For now I'll keep using this and my normal miswak and see how things change over time.

Toothwak Miswak Toothbrush - Eco Friendly But is it Too Soft?
An eco toothbrush set and that’s what appealed to me but if your not wanting a soft bristle brush then this may well be too lightweight for you.Good that it comes with the spare heads and it’s all Eco friendly at least then you feel like you are helping the environment at least one way. No plastic packaging either and it’s not badly priced I don’t think. The handle is smooth no sharp edges or bits of wood that can cause splinters etc. It’s one of those brushes you are going to love or hate I hate to say.If your anything like my husband though and too soft a brush and it’s a no no and this one is ever so slightly thankfully just over that mark. Good if you’ve got sensitive teeth with it not being to harsh.Just have to wait to see if the handle goes sort of yucky lucking like the nail brushes made of similar stuff do hence the four star rating.
