So Far It's Great!
It has met all expectations so far, Easy to assemble. Looks great. Well made. Highly adjustable. Very comfortable seat and back. Moves easily on a low pile carpet. The packaging was mostly cardboard, but they could have used more sustainable padded paper like IKEA instead of heavy plastic to protect the seat and mesh back. Not sure the chair is worth its list price of nearly $640, but at a 42% Amazon discount, plus 5% rebate on the Amazon credit card, it seems like a bargain given the reviews, warranty and HON's reputation for reliability. Can't tell if it is American made or not, but I know much of HON's furniture is made in the US.

Wow You Get What You Pay For - Great Chair!
I had the $170 on sale for $80 chair from an office supply house that I used for a few years, but I was having a lot of trouble with pain in my back and right arm. I'm a super fit person spending too much time in a chair like this, at least until I retire, in the chair 10 hours a day, getting up frequently. This chair everything adjusts - the arms both height and how close they are to the body, the back, the height. Really comfortable! The installation instructions were not good at all but they have a 2 minute youtube video, got it assembled in 10. Love it!

Comfortable, but will it last?
This HON Ignition 2.0 chair is my first ‘expensive’ office chair. Based on office chair reviews, I had narrowed my choices down to this chair for $320 or the Branch Verve chair for $470 for Black Friday. This HON chair looks good and is fairly adjustable, however only the back reclines. I thought the chair would recline with the seat and back together, as stated in the user guide materials at the bottom of the Amazon product page. That feature (synchro-tilt) is probably available in the more expensive version of the Ignition chair.Assembly was straightforward and took less than 15 minutes, but crucial illustrations in the instructions did not match product and the wheels were difficult to install. I ended up having to use a rubber mallet to drive wheel posts into the holes. It would also have been helpful if the armrests were labeled left and right. This chair is made mostly of plastic and does not feel as sturdy as I would expect for over $300, but it is comfortable enough for me. I have my doubts that it will last for several years of use and believe I would have been better served getting the Branch Verve for the extra money. By the time I received this chair, the Verve had gone back up to $590 and I wasn’t going to pay that much for it.

Good office chair for home use
As far as office/task chairs go, this is great. Obviously won't be as comfortable as an executive/manager chair but those are much more expensive + the faux leather will peel and wear easily. Not good for something you are buying yourself for the home, would be OK if it's in a company office. Definitely get the advanced synchrotilt + two-way adjustable arms, it's more dynamic and customizable. Build quality seems good, the seat itself is pretty firm for a foam seat but I prefer that. Seat cloth almost feels canvassy, slightly rough.Buy used like new if you can

I’ve never been so excited for disappointment.
TL:DR Feels like I got sold a used chair pretending to be a good deal.Upon discovering this enticing offer for an $846 office chair at a 53% discount, I eagerly seized the opportunity. Intriguingly, the option to avail it through Amazon with a zero-percent loan for 5 months, requiring only a $106 as the first down payment, added to its allure.Unpacking the chair, I marveled at its design, especially noting the substantial weight of the seat, indicative of a high-quality build. However, the assembly process was marred by a manual with minimal guidance and diagrams that did not align with my specific chair, raising uncertainty about a potential mix-up.Furthermore, the adjustable seat depth mechanism seems to be visibly bent level. While the concept of a simplified assembly with only three bolts seemed promising, the provided Allen wrench proved inadequate for two of them, necessitating a tedious workaround.Aesthetic concerns surfaced as well; the fabric failed to adequately cover the particleboard beneath, coupled with a protruding staple. Despite its comfort, the realization that such details marred a chair priced at $864 prompted contemplation on its overall value.Regrettably, this initial experience has cast doubt on the anticipated quality and longevity of the product. Considering the issues encountered, the prospect of exploring alternative options seems prudent, as this instance leaves a distinct impression of unprofessionalism from the company. It feels like I got a used chair sold as new but half off hoping people wouldn’t notice.
