Great product and adds a clean look. I own 6 of these sets for all my aquariums.

Time will tell but looks great better then fluval standard hoses

The hose clamps provided with the kit were not up to the task, but the pipes work well. I put this on a Fluval 107 and the pipes were just a shade too narrow to fit snugly with the provided clamps - one leaked a little but the other was pretty drippy. I got some #8 worm clamps and put a little teflon tape around the pipes and the leaks stopped.

The media could not be loaded. seem decent. the clamps are actually solid SS so you can grind them out larger to fit a rimmed tank (i did for my 55 gal)some of the stainless is just a coating though on the pipes, and i already had some spots missing.they're not really meant for a deeper tank (not their fault)but i'm knocking 2 stars off because of the supply hose leaks. its not an issue of water, well.. because its in the tank. however it pulls in air and can make a terrible gurgle noise.if the vendor wants to ship me a new one to prove its a fluke, then i can amend my rating.

These are great pipes and not to large.

I like that these include the aluminum brackets and the removable intake strainer. I would leave the strainer a little lower/loose so you can easily clean it.Also, I found my metal shrimp screens fit over so that will be nice when the tank gets a population of cherry shrimp moved over, I can use a screen for a couple generations while they establish

They are of fantastic construction but I haven’t found a filter that matches the diameter for them yet.

The pipes certainly look very nice compared to the plastic pipes that come with most canister filters. However, the stainless-steel coating started to break down in appearance and began to develop severe rust and discoloration after a month of use. My water chemistry is pH 7.1 Consider the fact that they are made in China...
