I used this on the handle of an axe and machete to improve grip and cushion the shock and it works perfectly.

EXTREMELY difficult to remove the backer.
At least on my roll, the backer is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get off.You will spend a long time fiddling with this.Once you do get the backer off, and I haven't found the trick yet on the 2nd piece, it stuck to plastic hand clamp handles very well by itself, and was extremely easy to stretch and adhere to the plastic and itself.Great to use, if you manage to get the backer off.

Stretch it and wrap it works great.
Works very well and goes a long way since your stretching it. Sticks to itself you'll have to cut it off it wont unwrap.

Great buy
This worked great on the handles of my shuffles outside. The wood was starting to splinter so I wrapped the handles with this and it’s amazing. The only downfall is the end start to roll.

ADHERENCE & INSTALLATION
It sucks swamp water. The instructions are worthless. The release film is difficult to remove... The tape is very easy to overstretch... Once on the handles, it has a sticky feeling, not like a handle should feel. If I hadn't used it on all my garden tools, I WOULD HAPPILY RETURN IT for full credit. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Keep the silicone tape warm in my 40 degree workshop it’s hard to peel the backing away.
