The chair overall is good. Its very sturdy and strong also quite a large size. I would say the seat cushion could be more comfy its kind of solid so i use a cushion for extra support.

This is the WORST office chair I’ve ever sat on.Hugely uncomfortable - the seat pitches forward and after only a month or two, the gas strut has failed and the chair keeps sinking.Avoid avoid avoid

This chair looks great with high quality. The seat fabric feels comfortable. The chair has strong waist support, so you won’t feel tired even if you sit for a long time. It is a good tool to help your work and study with high efficiency.

The chair is ok but, the back and seat is very stiff and feels like sitting on brick. I don't recommend this product for prolonged use such as gaming for hours on end.

Assembly took longer than expected due to a screw issue on the left arm and resting on the arms leans the back of the chair forward which I don't like. The knob for adjusting the back also snapped with the slightest retraction which was unfortunate, I can only assume the part degraded in the warehouse where the package was based. It also felt less stable than my former gaming chair but I assume it's to do with the model and build.The chair is a bit smaller than the previous one I owned but the texture, quality and style are top-notch. It felt good to sit on and the added foot-rest is appreciated which neatly tucks away and folds out when needed.Customer service from the company was amazing and have settled the issues in my previous review so updating accordingly.

Bought this for my son for Christmas, so easy and simply to put together. The comfort and quality is 10/10! He looks the foot rest and to be able to recline to his comfort! I forgot it even came with a back vision and head cushion too!

Really comfortable chair solid build to it sits nicely on the lowest hieght setting and allows for long sitting hoursDid have some squeeking issues with it but wd 40 fixed it right upOnly downside is the arm rest cushioning is abit deflated from constant arm resting but hardly noticable
