Ever since I was in France 10 years ago I've been searching for the real thing. Foie Gras. After watching Top Chef I found out that this treat is available in the states. Packaged in a vacuum sealed bag and on ice shows what quality and care this product deserves. Will be ordering again soon. Thanks.

It’s okay
Somehow more vein than first time I got it so it’s have a slightly iron-like smell from the veins of the foie gras, make my torchon not smell goodUpdate: I bought a second time and it’s gorgeous 🤤 will continue to buy it.

Mmmmmm, so delicious
Loved it. I got this for my wife's birthday. pan seared with raspberries on toast points. Gourmet! Really like how they are packed individually. Arrived in a Styrofoam cooler with ice pack still very cold. Will definitely buy again.
