Super cute & great for creativity & involving child.

Grandson and I put this together and really enjoyed arranging the Dinosaurs etc. Make sure you follow the instructions and it will turn out really well. Also make sure the tree is central if not it’s difficult to get the dome on properly. The double sided tape is extremely sticky and it’s a little difficult to rearrange things once they are stuck on. He uses it every night , you do need batteries also.

Kept the grandkids entertained. Enjoyed putting them together.

My grandson loved putting together his dinasaur world. Great fun but had to replace the little lights as not working. Otherwise I would of given it a 5 star

My 4-year-old daughter loves mermaids so naturally we opted for that one.The kit arrived with everything shown in the product image and the instructions were easy to follow.The nano glue pads were incredibly sticky which made sticking everything in place doddle. We had a few situations where I had to reposition some things my daughter had stuck as the plastic dome wouldn't be possible to screw back on but the pads definitely never lost their stickiness.I'd say it was quite easy for my daughter to do this on her own. I had to help of course with setting up the nano glue pads for her to start and helping with the kyanite (as it was going absolutely everywhere as you might imagine!).The lamp can be powered by 2x AA batteries which are protected with a cover that is screwed into the base to stop little ones knocking the batteries out. It can also be powered with the included USB cable but note that a plug is not included, your standard phone charger would do the job however. The light can also be turned on/off with the switch on the bottom.Now there are a few downsides that I'll list here but they were probably more my fault than a fault with the item. For that reason, I'll keep the 5-star rating but just listing for awareness:- Once things are stuck down it doesn't appear that the base can be rotated. You'll see from my image that the mermaid is in line with the charging port and it would have looked neater if this could have been rotated to the opposite side so the cable sat at the back.- As shown in my last image the plastic dome scratched quite easily. As there is so much kyanite I had stored whatever wasn't stuck down in the plastic dome so that I could secure it upside down and then flip the kyanite onto the centre display that way. Unfortunately in doing this (and possibly with my daughter playing with it!) there are now a number of visible scratches on the dome when the light is on.Overall I think this is a great present for the price and its something fun (albeit short-lived) to do with the kids!

Looks nice but there was no kind of adhesive, but luckily I have a glue gun. Couldn't fit all the items in so have a couple of dinosaurs left over
