Excellent hutch!
Arrived in a couple of days before delivery date indicated by text. Need 2 people to construct which was easy except for back panels in which screw holes ended up in the wrong place! There's no cleaning trays just flaps (one at top and bottom) that open; are these necessary?Hutch is super. Has a good length (4ft is certainly sufficient), width and height giving ample room for our two large rabbits. Wood and screws are of a good quality - no need to change the screws! Hutch is nice and heavy so little chance of being blown over.Good value for money and perfect for our two bunnies!

Good for guinea pigs
For a cheap hutch the quality is not bad. Needs two to put together, although I'd expect that. Not difficult to put together. It's nice and deep. My guinea pigs are happy.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE.
Purchased this hutch for Guinea Pigs. This hutch is quite flimsy, despite manufacturers claims of sturdy etc! Here are the bad points:-1) Flimsy floors - we had to get battens to reinforce the floors as nothing supplied with hutch to do this, which meant any weight on floor makes it bend/sag easily in middle!2) Plywood on floors VERY THIN which means it’s going to rot easily. Really can’t see why manufacturers thought these floors would be adequate?3) Thin plywood for back of hutch which will easily rot and we also had to reinforce back as bends/flexes too easily.4) There were screw holes in wring place leaving gaps for water ingress.5) We coated thoroughly with 2 coats of Cuprinol weather-proof wood protection (outer only) as this hutch doesn’t really look like it will do more than one British winter without it.Good points:-1) Quite easy to assemble.2) Good idea with easy clean removable litter boards.I would definitely NOT recommend this hutch.

You get what you pay for!
I wanted hutches for my rabbits that would last for years,so I paid that bit extra than that of the cheaper, standard hutches and purchased not just 1 but 2 of these for my bunnies and I’m very glad I did. Not only are they very spacious but they are also sturdy, well made hutches. My bunnies are in their elements now. Would highly recommend this hutch 100%

Good Buy
This item is a great size. It looks smart and with the removable pieces it's easy to clean. The latches are great because you can fit mini padlocks on so if you have little hands that like to open them you can save your bunnies from unwanted attention. The downfall to this product is that the waterproof floor is only painted so when cleaning it the colour comes off leaving a discoloured floor. I have minimised this by useing a litter tray to try to avoid them messing on the floor. The hutch can be put together in a few hours with one person but if you do have two pairs of hands helping then it would certainly make it easier and quicker to put together.Despite this the hutch is well made and a great size for the bunnies to enjoy some space.
