I love this! It's the perfect size for the side of the fridge and comes with everything you need - the eraser and marker cup are magnetic and the markers are pretty good quality. It is sticky enough that it doesn't fall off, but I had to peel it off a few times to get it positioned straight and there is no residue and it continued to stick well.

Love this. Keeps my grandkids busy. The eraser magnets popped off almost instantly, so be gentle with it. It cleans up well and love that it's move able.

This is awesome, especially for the price. Love the ability to size it exactly how I need it and it's sticking great to a painted, slightly textured wall. Bright white - easy to write and good markers completely erase. Will you be able to magnet something that weighs 5 pounds to it? Probably not, but that's not really what it's meant for.

When it says "self adhesive" I assumed they meant via the magnetic qualities. Boy was I wrong. It is a self stick with a very strong adhesive. I wanted to return it, but my husband wanted to keep it. It was difficult to get straight, and when we tried to remove it to reposition it, it was extremely difficult to get off. I'm wondering how awful it will be to remove when I want to take it off. It was my fault for not realizing that the adhesive was glue as opposed to magnets. It is a nice size and comes with pens and an eraser, which works very well.

This is a decent magnetic sheet. I wasn't really impressed with the magnetic power. The ease of flattening the roll was excellent. I just put the family Bible and my Grey's Anatomy book on the reverse side, overnight.The dry erase side is great. I love the included magnetic eraser and markers, complete with 2 magnets and a handy caddy. The dry erase is good. There isn't any residue left after erasing writing that was on there for 3 days. I mainly use this for my cross stitch project to keep track of where I'm working on a large 11" x 17" fabric. The sheet is attached to a 11" x 17" clipboard. It fits the bill. My needle stays on the sheet where I place it next to my chart notes.I would buy this, again.

The item came nicely packaged with nothing wrong to the eye initially. However, there was little to no magnetism, even the simplest magnets can't stick to it. This defeats the purpose of buying a magnetic whiteboard and is my reasoning for a "one star" review.

I have no complaints. The set up was amazing!!! The adhesive is super sticky that I’ll probably end up taking drywall with me if I ever decide to get rid of it. The magnet within it is so strong the dollar store abc magnets that are too weak to breathe on let alone stick to a fridge actually stick to this! I love it! I love that it comes with 3 markers (store them felt tip side down so they write well) and the container to hold them in and an eraser that is also magnetic so storage is perfect for a homeschool teacher!
