Simple solution for securing things to a helmet
The Rapid Application Tether is a simple item that can be used to secure items to a helmet. It works fine, and the velcro seems to be pretty strong. Cheap price to pay to better secure expensive items.

I like Jon, but this is basically a NERD but cheaper
This is basically a Kinetic Consulting NERD but cheaper, great stuff, also good color options, mine shipped and got to me very fast

Probably the most affordable out there
I needed something quick to retain my NVD. This unit was the ticket. It does the job just fine. My only gripe was that its design made it so that I could put covers over the unit which isint an issue for everyone, just me and one piece of kit. I can use this guy for work and it will be clutch. Cheapest unit I’ve seen. They should be more popular for what they are and how much they cost. Looks like there’s only one video on YouTube about it. Well built, simple, affordable.

What I wanted
It’s hard to spend this amount on something so small, but it is a good quality retention device. Stitches are solid and the straps as well, also the material is t reflective, which is good if your running nods. Good product

Girth hitch your noddles
Solid build, between the cordura and actual shock cord I’m really happy with this product. I got rid of the quick adjust buckle and just did an overhand knot to lock it. About 10 hrs of actual wear but compared to other stuff I’ve used I would recommend.
