Inconsistent - needs to be reset all the time - water meters don’t worn
When it makes ice it’s great but it doesn’t work right . Have to constantly restart it manually and the water level indicator doesn’t work . This is my second one in three months with no way to repair them so it’s a costly investment.

Must have product in every home
This brand is excellent, I'm able to make ice on demand, it's so handy during party's, evey one is happy with instant ice, also it's thermos keeps the ice frozen for hours, this brand is awesome and affordable, I bought it for 4k during the sale, I would highly recommend it.

Defctavive product, missing parts, Dangeraous to use
1) There are heavy electric current passing on body of machine. it is very danger to use it.2) There are scratches in both side (left side & right side)3) Handle not received with package (shown in product picture & User manual)4) I applied for return this product on 07.05.2024, amazon reprasantative was visited our location for collect the product, but he did not take this product due to non availability of handle, but i had already said before that handle was not received with the package.In view of the above, i couldnt expact that amazon can do this type of misbehave with me.Please collect this package and refund my amount on urgent basis.
