Shilajit seems to be all the rage at the moment. I started taking it a couple of years ago when they only way to take it seemed to be in a resin format. Now there seems to be a multitude of options ranging from capsules to gummy's and also in a liquid format like this oneI've been using this one now for a few weeks and have to say I find it much easier than the resin and I do find myself taking it on a daily basis whereas with the resin I would often forget and so miss a day. It's now very much part of my daily routineFor anyone not familiar with this supplement it is believed to be good for boosting the energy levels and overall vitality. It's rich in folic acid and has dozens and dozens of minerals in it so it is good for a multitude of health benefits.I understand that you can take this in drinks, but I just tend to put it in some water and drink it that way the taste can be a little interesting but as I'm used to taking the resin form this liquid form is much easier easier on the palletAll in all I do think this is a nice way to take this supplement. I did try the Shilajit gummies and like those too so it will be interesting when this bottle finishes which one I end up settling on.

I've had the resin from a different company which was super dry and didn't dissolve properly. I'm glad I found this liquid version which dissolves immediately in warm milk. Works really well too

As a regular user of Shilajit, I can quite easily detect when the purity or the dosage is wrong and I did not find that to be the case with this The resonance side is real shilajit and has all the beneficial effects of it, however. The bottle itself either is not airtight or is made out of really poor materials such that a very strong smell seeps out of the bottle even when it's closed. And this made it really hard for me to travel with the bottle.

I really like this product a much easier way to take compared to the resin mixes well into the drink of my choice and easy to take. I've been taking for a few weeks and I'm starting to feel energetic and serm like I'm getting a better quality sleep so far I'm happy

Intrigued by the idea of shilajit resin and its possible good effects on energy, metabolism and gut health, I first ordered (from another seller) a pot of treacly resin. However, I then learned from reviews that genuine shilajit tastes and smells unpleasant, and is costly. My resin, by contrast, smelled of molasses, tasted quite nice and was comparatively reasonably priced. I was also reading that most shilajit, at least in the US, is fake, or at best adulterated. As I follow a keto diet, regularly consuming molasses or similar is absolutely unacceptable to me. I also found the business of scooping out a pea-size dose of the sticky syrup awkward.I am very happy to give shilajit another chance, this time in this much more convenient dropper bottle. I add it to my morning mug of strongish coffee and am happily aware of no change in taste. Stronglife recommends a person of my weight consume 3 - 6 drops daily. At that rate this bottle, current price £22.49, will not last long.Will I re-order when this bottle is used up? Given the lack of real evidence as to the benefits and the high cost, my answer has to be, "No!" It will be back to a basic multi-vitamin for me.

When dropped into water, which is the method I use, the Shilajit dissolves easily. It tints the water a light honey colour that has a slightly smokey flavour which some of the solid resins also have. Personally I don't mind this and find it easy to drink that way.This supplement comes in a glass bottle with a dropper. It contains 30ml of what they describe as filtered shilajit. The dosage is measured out in drops worked out according to your weight in kilos. For example, if your weight is 90KG or less you would take, either 6 drops in one go daily or, 3 drops twice daily.These can be dissolved into warm water or milk or alternatively placed under the tongue and held there for 60 seconds before swallowing. I have tried the under the tongue method but found that the concentrated drops were much too potent for my taste.There are no other added ingredients. I take Shilajit as I read that it is rich in a wide variety of minerals and various antioxidents, making it a good addition to my other supplements, and I like that these drops are convenient to use while still tasting like the real solid resins. It is also Vegan friendly as well as being GMO and gluten free.
