We needed a SIM card for our trip to the USA. Buying one in our own country was more expensive than letting a card ship from the USA. Had some difficulty setting up the hotspot but the costumer service is easy to reach through email. I got a quick reply and we were good to go. Already recommended this company for family who will be traveling soon after us.

Card arrived. Followed instructions, it never activated. 48 hours still haven’t received an activation email. Tried contacting customer service through website, email and WhatsApp. Zero response. Son is travelling and needed to send him with a dual sim phone as part of his journey is through the US and part through Europe. Wanted to us this for the US leg of his trip. Really pissed this didn’t work and we had to scramble last minute to figure out a different solution. Do not buy this!

Compre dos Sim, para dos personas y no funciono, no pierdan su dinero invirtiendo en este producto, tiene instrucciones para su instalación, la cual no sirve, la pones y se supone que tiene red pero cero luego busque las recomendaciones para su instalacion tampoco, no hay un numero donde llamar, solo un correo, perdí 60 dólares, mas me invertir en 40 mas para conseguir otra. Busquen otra alternativa, esta realmente no funciona, no sirve, no pierdan su dinero no es funcional

Took two days to activate, overall is good. Data speed is ok

Activation was a bit tricky but the representative responded quickly via email. Took 2 days to activate but it worked.
