I only use the blue interdental brushes. The red ones are too large.

Oops don't be fooled by algorithms
I'm sure they're fine for people who don't need small brushes. I searched for .4 mm and didn't read the small print which one has to do, because algorithms are set up to sell, not to find what you're looking for.Go for it if your gaps are bigger.
