Nice Jack for the Money
This is a very well made jack. It rolls well on my epoxy floor and fits under my cars that are relatively low. With no load, the saddle raises very quickly, and then once it starts lifting the car, the level of effort required is very reasonable. The handle breaks down in two pieces and removes for easy transport, so you can throw it in the back of the car or truck to go to autocross or track events, or to go rescue a friend with a flat tire.It has an attractive finish and looks good in the garage. I know that shouldn't matter but it does. My last aluminum jack was cheaper than this one, and made in China and I got about 15 years out of it. Here's hoping this one lasts as long but all indications are that it will.

Best Jack I was about to find online for the price and quality!
I was tryign to find a good jack out there and the reality is all jacks will have good and bad reviews its just life. So I found this was rated good on other websites besides Amazon and rated good for quality price and overall build. Purchased this and used it many times already. I went from using the truck, hand crank, stock jack to using this and I slap myself wondering I would have not purchased this sooner. Jacks up cars fast and very low profile+++++ I have a lower Mini Cooper S, and this fit right under with only giving me 1/2" of space so its perfect! Heavy build too. Just realize that all jacks are going to be made in China no matter what, but they quality is not bad, and for this jack it works like a charm right from the box.

Value is exceptional: you get much more than what you pay for
Replace Sears Craftsman Pro jack which petered out after 8 years of casual use.The key for me is a jack that can lower and raise mid height and this jack does that with such ease it is scary! I am very impressed with the fit and finish of this jack and the functionality is above what I expected. When talking about suspending thousands of pounds over your body, or taking a chance to drop expensive vehicles, cheap substitutes should be ignored.

Lighter (vs. steel) jack for cost, a pain to make functional initially but now working fine; durability?
Had long used (very intermittently) a 2 ton steel service jack, marketed by Sears, purchased ~1980s, now with a leaking internal ram seal, thus won't pump up & drops load, though no external leaks.I added some Bar's Leaks HJ12 Jack Oil with Stop Leak, which helped some (enough to be partially usable), & I will try adding some ATP AT-205 next as suggested by Scotty Kilmer on YouTube. While I could have purchased a seal kit from hcrcnow.com, some offered on Amazon, this is about $60 & would require disassembling the jack to replace the one seal & I would still have to disassemble & reassemble to main parts - a big problem given may other obligations, time limitations.Main reasons for purchase:1. Lighter weight despite likely lower durability than heavier steel jack, best use with greater care2. Newer design with true U-joint from handle to release valve,3. Padded handle, less risk to body work,4. Hopefully ready to use out of the box.5. Sometimes really helpful to have a second service jack.Problems on first use.1. Would not pump up, despite following directions suggesting would require a "few" pumps to remove internal air into oil intake area.2. Venting, i.e. removing the much nicer (compared to the Sears one-time-use rubber plug) screw in vent plug with O-Ring, as recommended (required?) to remove internal air, allows lots of the jack oil to splash out of the vent hole while pumping the jack; especially pumping rapidly as recommended/required to remove internal air from the ram chamber back into the oil intake area.3. the number of pumps required to finally achieve a working jack was well over 50 (did not think to count at first, clearly began wondering if the specified procedure would ever work), difficulty compounded by not wanting to loose the speciality jack oil which the jack came equipped with & is specified for best service.Improvements:1. Ideally, the jack would come supplied with a temporary open tube fitting for the fill port which would allow venting without loosing so much of the jack oil splashing up & out of the vent/fill port.2. Figure out how to keep so much air, in the oil supply are, out of the pump & jack pressure areas during shipping.(The first use instructions clearly reflect that the manufacturer/seller know that this is a problem.)3. Supply a very small container of the correct oil with the jack. In the small quantities needed, purchasing it separately is expensive because of the large quantity purchase required. To date, I have used the jack twice for oil change & switching oil drain plug to a Fumoto oil valve kit for much easier changes without the mess in future.I plan to use it again this weekend, pending weather, for more major work: front suspension bushing, macpherson strut & front-wheel half-shaft replacements.

Poor quality; rebranded chinese jack akin to harbor freight
Poor quality jack. On initial review it seems great, lifts and lowers car just fine and seems reasonably lightweight. Unfortunately after ~10 uses on a small sedan the dual piston assembly literally snapped in half. I called JEGS however since it is out of warranty they have nothing to offer. This appears to be cheap chinese rebranded jack that is no different than the $100 versions out there (they admit it is imported). No reason to pay JEGS prices if what you are getting is the same chinese manufactured jack rebranded. I mistakenly thought their brand would care about quality and would translate into a higher quality jack. I was wrong. Now I am throwing away a ~$200 jack after 10 uses.

STOP LOOKING! This is the floor jack for you
This floor jack is awesome. Not only does it work great but it looks like a freakin Ferrari. I keep my garage and tools clean and this is now another piece to my collection. So sweet. So flashy for a floor. Jack. Never thought I'd say a floor jack is flashy. Good job JEGS. This thing is so cool. Did I mention it only takes 5 pumps to reach full height? Sure does. Anyways...... Can't say enough about this jack. Great price too.

Not very sturdy
I expected more from this jack tbh, especially for that price. The only benefit is that it is very light weight. I had to swap out my Pittsburgh 2.5 ton due to my back, and this is almost half the weight. The problem I have is that on a tiny I cline, as I let the jack down, the arm pinches against the body and it doesn't drop all the way. I have to kick it. It does lift my car ~3600lbs, but it gets kinda shaky when lifting two wheels. Hands down the Pittsburgh jack is better, but it's also heavier. This jack is just slightly better than the $60 harbor freight jack I had years and years ago. The dual piston is nice, so it jacks quickly, but stability and safety were sacrificed.
